In the eye of an expert

Solutions that already function in the company (for better or worse) are often perceived as “the standard” by employees. However, step-by-step searching for the causes of process inefficiencies or shortcomings of technology, especially when this is done by an experienced person who has the ability to look “from the outside”, can contribute to significant optimization and improved efficiency.
