iSpot Poland sp. z o.o. Apple Premium Reseller is an authorized retail network of Apple brand devices. It has its own online store and 27 showrooms in major Polish cities.
iSpot warehouse is about 1000 sqm m2 with active SKUs number of approximately 3,000.

Goal

The main goals of Quick Check were a reduction of the factors causing the extension of warehousing and shipping processes and minimizing the risk of errors. A more long-term goal was to prepare the organization for WMS implementation.

Scope

  • Review and evaluation of warehouse processes
  • Assessment of the warehouse organization
  • Assessment of infrastructure and determination of storage needs

Result

  • 25 recommendations for changes and best practice to improve processes of goods entry, storage, picking, exit and inventory
  • Roadmap of recommended changes in three areas: system, processes, and warehouse infrastructure
  • Activities planned for the next four quarters
