AUTODOC is a leading online retailer of car parts and accessories. It operates online stores in 27 European countries, processing an average of 50,000 orders per day. AUTODOC’s offer is targeted at individual customers – car owners, professionals, and business partners.
AUTODOC logistics facilities are located in Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Belgium. The total area of all eight AUTODOC warehouses exceeds 140,000 square meters. The Polish logistics hub consisting of four warehouses with a total area of approximately 89,000 square meters – is located in Szczecin.

The project carried out by Łukasz Musialski and Robert Korczak at AUTODOC’s Polish location includes:
- An audit assessing the current state of intralogistics
- Operational and analytical workshops focused on planning optimal process flows, efficient space utilization, and supporting process optimization through the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Designing systemic and infrastructural solutions to optimize the existing warehouse automation in order to improve automation efficiency and daily shipping volumes, including through throughput and volume analysis and bottleneck identification
- Recommendations for tests to verify the technical and operational feasibility of selected optimization solutions
- Support in building a Digital Twin model for testing and validating planned changes to the automation system prior to investment decisions
- Coordination of technical dialogues with automation suppliers to determine the technical feasibility and budget of the proposed changes
- Support in developing a new inventory policy (stock vs. Just-In-Time)
