The audit conducted for Inter Land, the owner of an automotive-sector purchasing platform, resulted in the identification of areas with the greatest improvement potential, such as balancing conveyor load, reducing the number of containers in the system, increasing operational throughput without expanding the warehouse, and further developing the AKL system.
