More space to accommodate growing volumes, reduced reliance on external warehouses, centralised operations, and a more streamlined logistics setup — these were the key challenges the Chaingers team addressed when designing a new warehouse for components and finished goods for Oras, a manufacturer of modern sanitary fittings.
