Why are we increasingly using simulation models in warehouse and production-adjacent projects? The foundation of our work consists of analyses, observations, benchmarks, and the experience of our consultants. However, as processes become more complex, we are increasingly using simulation models as an additional tool to verify adopted assumptions and recommended solutions.
